  • Ok spoke to my Sister in law last night who had found 1 of the quit packs (did not think to pick up more than 1 though)and she did say that the other day she bought 2 shower oils (2.59 bogof) and the till took both her £1.25 toiletries and beauty vouchers meaning 18p for both items!

Real men never follow instructions; after all they are just the manufacturer's opinion on how to put something together. :p

When you say shower oils, do you know which specific product it actually was??

    Many thanks in advance.
  • Yes it was the Nivea ones, she said she did not expect the 2 vouchers to work together but they did
Am going looking for the quit packs tomorrow so will try it if I find any!

if the self scanner thinks you haven't put your coupon in it will usually recognise the coupon if you blow into the slot - although you will look a little odd :D or you can poke something in then take it out, i use a credit card if i have nothing else handy. these tricks will oinly work if you did actually put the coupon in, so no naughty thoughts please :p

Deep sigh. our Tesco has a policy of only accepting one of each type of coupon. And if I say "but I did buy the correct products so you can accept two coupons" then the till girl willl check the coupon, read all the regulations on them and realise that its one coupon per £5 spend and still only let me use one coupon.

And if I try it in stafford Tesco there policy is strictly one coupon only per shopping trip - yes, that is one single coupon so then we would have the same conversation all over again...

Mind you there are always the self scanners to try and then when the scanner bleeps for assisitants you can protest loudly that you have bought the correct products!

You can tell I have not had a supermarket fix today

Found some of these packs in Chesterfield today
They are on an end aisle, next to smoking patches (at least that's what I think they are  ). The packs are in an A5 envelope, there were loads left. If anyone is desperate for some then I should be able to get a few more tomorrow.

PS, Wil def. try the Nivea Shower Oil tomorrow
:p Busy working Mum of 3
  • Bletchley tescos has them by the cs desk at the frount of the store picked up a couple 2 days ago. Regarding people selling them on ebay i looked at the ones someone said about in an earlier post and in the second link the seller has 97 for sale:eek: thats probably why people are having trouble finding them.
I miss my mum every minute of every day  R.I.P xx

I reckon that greedy sod works for tesco. It'll be difficult to pick up evenfive at one time let alone 97.

    Makes me feel sick.
Anyway rant over - My son has just decided to tell me he needs new school shoes for thursday even though I have been off work since Dec 22 and am as broke as hell.
I have realised I have a blue £6 off £30 menswear shop and the Quit pack voucher.
Can I definitely combine them together?
I also have a £4 off £20 Sainsburys voucher so will try all three.
Doing a medium size food shopping tomorrow so hope not to arouse too much 'suspcision''. Do you think this ok?
Third time lucky on WW I hope :j

  • My children don't go back to school until Tuesday 8th January (7th being a teacher training day !) I also have to get school shoes but have a nearby shoe that sells them quite reasonably although they don't take vouchers ! The menswear voucher has previously scanned for me without buying menswear so you may be OK

Looking forward to spending my quit vouchers
