well DD2 had Popstars elite squad so I found myself strangely drawn to a local Tescos !!
I did 3 transactions:
2 nivea shower oils, 10 slimfast, the £1.25 x 2 vouchers and the £2.00 off healthcare and £1.00 off healthcare all scanned fine as did a few others I passed her.
I did this twice - *She said if the till accepts the voucher she would happily try anything
3rd transaction,
again 10 slimfast - this time I varied it I bought:
Gel spray £2.48 x 2 and a deodrant priced 35p - the gel spray was on bogof BUT the 2 x £1.25 vouchers did not work despite the cashier trying several times.
So it did not work for me on the hair stuff but did on the nivea.
I now have 40 cans of slimfast (10 bought previously) ........ so with a new job starting shortly I want to be slimmer and I am too tight to buy it normally. With vouchers the 10 cans cost £1.30 so I thought I'd stock up.

Real men never follow instructions; after all they are just the manufacturer's opinion on how to put something together.0

Mutual points: 3417 (redeemed 8250)
Rpoints:redeemed 28925 points)Cashbag:£8.91(£20)0 -
CS at my local store hadn't got any, but at least had heard of them, which I guess is a start!0

4 X £1.79= 7.16
- 2 x £2.49 = 4.98 bogof discount
- 2 x £1.25 = 2.50 money off coupons
Which means I was paid 32p to take them away.
So, even though you boght the small £1.79 Sanex, the till took the price of the larger bottle off?
I tried to use the £5 off £20 Daily Mirror voucher on BOGOF on Christmas Eve when it expired but it wouldn't go through on a £10 spend after BOGOF.
Are these vouchers different?
Thanks

Clowance wrote:In a smallish tesco today and asked CS if they had any QUit packs: she replied that they only had them in Extra stores. Dont know if this is correct, but she was very positive about it.
Picked mine up last week from a smallish Tescos. They had them at the checkout.0 -
Just been chatting to mum who asked me to get her some slimfast and toiletries and on checking the Tesco website all offers are until 9th January so only 2 days to stock up on the usual suspects.
I wonder what exciting offers will be around on the 10th ?

Picked one up last week as I need to give up smoking this year - been smoking for far too long now and certainly ain't money or health saving. One hundred years from now it won't matter what kind of car I drove, what kind of house I lived in, how much money I had in the bank, nor what my clothes looked like but the world may be a little better because, I was important in the life of a child.0
