Easy recipe for Char Siu Pork?

My OH and I both love Char Siu pork from our local chinese and Id love to be able to make it for him at home but have no idea where to start :eek:

Im a complete beginner so could do with a recipe for dummies! Lol!

Thank you both, Pink-winged I think Ill try the one you linked too, sounds more like it as it contains honey, won't be until next week but now I can get the ingredients
