Advice needed on comp. win

An update on the Perfect Smile win - when I won I had to respond to an email from their FB page with my name and address which I duly did but didn't hear anything further. My address clearly stated Wigan, Lancashire.
On Wednesday this week I received a phonecall directly from Perfect Smile Studios asking could I travel to Hertfordshire for the moulds to be taken. (They didn't know I'd won a competition from FB, they just thought I'd got a voucher from somewhere) Anyway when I explained that Hertfordshire was too far to travel, that was the end of the conversation, no 'sorry about that' etc.
I emailed the person directly on FB (who had contacted me originally) stating I couldn't take up the prize as I hadn't realised I had to travel due to the prize being an 'at home whitening kit' and could they give it to someone else. I had no reply so I posted it on their FB page - still no response. I bumped it again yesterday after they'd done a post themselves but still nothing.
I checked the prize tagging photo and it did say there was t&c's but they weren't displayed anywhere.
To me it seems as though they got a lot of new likers to their FB page without having to pay out any cash. If they would offer it to someone else then fine. Seems a bit bad to me that they haven't even responded to my post or email.
Should I follow it up or just leave it as it is? I want them to give someone else the opportunity. Opinions anyone?
