Hmmm, well macaroni cheese would use the macaroni, bacon and cheese.

make up coucous, then cook chicken and carrots, put on couscous, then make the onion and bread mix and pour over the lot ??? Not sure what it would taste like though
Save the earth, it's the only planet with chocolate! :)
  • I do a cheats roast with left over chicken... so cook chicken and roast carrots served the bread sauce.

Then with bacon and couscous add some dressing and any carrots left for an accompanyment to salad?

Try frying the bacon with an onion in a little butter, add the carrots and some stock, bring to the boil, and when the carrots are cooked to taste, add the cous cous and cover. It's also nice with dried coriander leaf and a squirt of lemon added, and any left over veg [added when you add the carrots], probably not very healthy with the fat and salt, but very tasty
