BT Shop - Product description question

I recently bought a VP1000 home security system from BT. When I read the description online, it said thet 3 months monitoring was included in the price.

It has just arrived this morning and in the paperwork, not only does it say that 12 months online monitoring is included, but I should also get a dummy external siren ( which I didn't ).

Do you think that I have an recourse with BT on this?

Yes - phone them up and confirm monitoring, and ask when you can expect delivery of your dummy siren

I am thinking of getting the same thing, but the discount codes seem to have expired. In all the sites I have been too they all state 3 months monitoring included and no reference to the dummy siren. This would be a bonus though! Keep us updated on your call to BT?

i am going to phone them tomorrow, after i have installed it and will tell them if they don't give them to me, they can have it back!
