Loan application: Last 3 years addresses

My sister is applying for a Sainsbury's loan online. She has an excellent credit history, has no late payments on credit cards, has never had a loan before and has always paid her bills on time, so we are not expecting any problems, credit-score wise.
However, she has been living in rented accommodation for the past 10 years, 2 years at her current place (with her ex-boyfriend). All of the utility bills and the council tax were in her name and all paid up to date. But she has always had her bank statements, and her credit card bills sent to our mum's address, simply for security reasons. A few years ago, she moved 3 times in one year and she didn't want her financial details ending up in someone else's hands. Her current address shares a postbox with a retail business on the ground floor and she didn't want sensitive information being sent there, for the same reason.
The loan application wants details of her past 3 years addresses, so what will they make of the fact that her bank details are registered at a different address? I said that she may be better off applying to a bank in person to explain the situation, but the rates are so much better online so that really isn't an option. Will they contact her to ask her for more clarification or will they just turn the application down? She doesn't want to have to make multiple applications as she will hopefully be applying for a mortgage in a year or two.
Thanks in advance for any advice!

She's been on ER at current address since Sept 08 (so almost 3 years anyway)
Before that, she lived in a place for 6 months only, so wasn't on the ER there, she was still on ER at address prior to that, where she lived for four years."I may be many things but not being indiscreet isn't one of them"0
