in Techie Stuff
-I've installed sims2 pets and kodak easyshare onto the computer over Christmas.We have 4 users and not all of us want these things showing on our desktop. How can I fix it so that only those particular users need it and have it showing on their desktop?

Remove the icons from the "All Users" profile ( Right click over Start Button select "Explore All Users" and place icons (Cut & paste) individually on each user's desktop and or menu that want the icons - HTH
If you cannot see " Explore All Users " you are not using an administrator account - hopefully not all the accounts are administrators...Rich people save then spend.
