Advice please on a comp win

I recived a telephone call last wed to say I had won a meet and greet with JLS, as you can imagine I was in shock and didnt take in any of the important details, I was sure the lady said on sat at the metro arena. Anyway i got off the phone and jumped around a lot and checked the web to see which comp I had entered. I found out that JLS were at the arean on Thursday and not sat as I thought. So I rang the lady back and it went to her voicemail so I left a message. After an hour had passed I rang again and again left a message. I then rang the main switchboard and was told that only this lady could help me so left another messgae. No one had got back to me and it was now Thursday morning so i rang again and still no answer so i left another message. Then I emailed them and no reply. By this time I was quite upset as it was too short notice to ask my friends as the prize was for 6. I rang again and again was told that only this lady could help me and I explained the concert was tonight they said she would def ring back and she never did. Now the concert has been and gone ive still not heard from her so what should i do? Do i just leave it and put it down to experience or should I complain :(

:( It's so sad when companies don't follow through with their prizes.

I was also let down by BRMB as I won 2 twenty20 tickets and they never came. I emailed them and the email bounced and started a discussion on the facebook page with no response, but someone on here said to me that this often happens unfortunately :(

I really feel for you and I do hope that they make it up to you somehow. x

Hi sorry to hear about your bad experience. :(

Do you know which comp it was from as then you may be able to contact someone else about the whole thing?

    I found this

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3300302

    and this

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3315360

Best advice would be to work out where the win was from. GL. :)
