Terms and conditions:
1. The organiser and promoter of this PPL free prize draw is Phonographic Performance Limited of 1 Upper James Street, London W1F 9DE (“PPL”). The prize is a luxury picnic hamper from the Fine Food Store (the “Prize”).

2. These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to all aspects of this free prize draw. By entering the free prize draw you shall be deemed to be have accepted these Terms.

3. These Terms shall be governed by English law, and references to “you” in these Terms shall include you and/or any business entity operated by you.

4. This free prize draw is open to any business or individual, resident in the United Kingdom over the age of 18. You may only submit one entry to the free prize draw. No payment is required to participate in the free prize draw.

5. Entries should be submitted via the PPL website . Alternatively, you may write to PPL at the above address, marking your letter for the attention of Kate Bridgman.

6. In order to be accepted for the free prize draw, all entries must include the following information (and entries which do not contain all of this information will not be accepted):

7. The deadline for submitting entries is 5.00pm on 12 August 2011. The winner of the Prize shall be selected by PPL at random on 15 August 2011. The winner will be informed by either email, telephone or in writing by 19 August 2011 and their name shall be available from PPL on request only. PPL will not notify those who have submitted unsuccessful entries. The decision of PPL is final, and no correspondence regarding decisions of PPL will be entered into.
By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to comply with any terms and conditions attaching to the Prize.

8. PPL does not accept responsibility for free prize draw entries lost or incorrectly submitted to PPL. Proof that an entry (via email or post) has been sent shall not be accepted as proof that it was received by PPL.

9. The Prize is personal to the winner of the free prize draw (the “Prize Winner”) and the Prize Winner may not transfer, sell, donate, give or otherwise dispose of the Prize to any other persons.

10. PPL shall arrange for the Prize to be delivered to a UK address designated by the Prize Winner between Monday and Friday. Upon delivery the Prize Winner should inspect the Prize to ensure that it has arrived in good condition. Subject to statutory consumer rights all defects in the Prize must be communicated to PPL within 24 hours.

11. The Prize Winner must be at least 18 years of age when entering the free prize draw.

12. Entering the free prize draw grants PPL the right to use data relating to you for its legitimate business purposes, including (without limitation) for marketing and licensing. If you object to this, you must state so clearly in your entry to the free prize draw.

13. PPL may cancel the free prize draw at any time at its absolute discretion and without notice.

14. The winner of the free prize draw may be required to take part in promotional activities relating to the free prize draw, which may include (without limitation) publicising, broadcasting or otherwise disclosing a competitor's name, character, image, statements or a recording of his or her voice.
