Tosh. They are only to happy to ramp prices when volumes are high and times are good.

This simply isn't one of those times.

To be fair to him I think he only professes to be an expert on the housing market (and to be fair, if you had been a member of a housepricecrash website for nearly six years, you would at least know the lingo if not the mechanics of how to buy a property).

I dont understand, if he has been waiting that long for a crash, then why didn't he buy when the crash finally happened in 2007/2008? If I had had the money in place then I would have bought in 2008 after such a steep fall.

I think the assumption is that there are bigger falls to come (and if there aren't then it will only because the government intervened). Further, if he had bought, he wouldn't be able to say "Welcome to the world the bulls made" (whatever that means, as if people buying a house actually brought the world economy to its knees).

I drive too close on a motorway if someone is hogging either of the outside lanes and making no attempt to overtake.

Which makes you even worse a driver than they are.

I think everyone is a worse driver than they think they are, everyone from time to time speeds or follows too closely, or pulls off stupid or careless manoeuvres. Yes, myself included.

    Define "Everyone".

I've got recognised on more than one occasion for my driving, AND been awarded points for it!

So I do think, having had my driving skills recognised, I can boast a little more than others :)
