Must say I was greatly disappointed to see the Former champion of consumer rights showing advertisements for CMCs and pay day loan companies on their pages.
I can certainly understand how attractive these forums must be for these companies, you could not ask for a more targeted demographic. Virtually every member with a history of money mismanagement and is therefore an ideal target.
I would have expected more from them. There is nothing wrong with advertising on these forums of course, but I think that there should be a degree of responsibility when you are dealing with vulnerable members of the public.
