Hi
Im looking for some advice, as im gettint really confused....
Has anyone used the easi buy option before? Where redrow offset 10% of the purchase price, keeping their name on the deeds, 10 years to repay.
They reccomended we speak to their mortgage advisor, to pre approve us, to ensure we are 1st time buyers etc and i feel like im being pushed into a mortgage i dont want. He states only 2 reputable lenders will agree a morgtage with easibuy...
Can anyone confirm to me what lenders will mortgage alongside the easi buy scheme?
THanks
Kim

If you feel that you are being pushed into it and are not comfortable with it then DON'T do it. It's the most enormous purchase you will ever make and you'll have a lot of time to regret it. Contact an IFA and ask their opinion first.0

I'm not 100% comfortable, which is why im not doing it. Thats why i need to go back to redrow armed with more info. Sneaky sneaky. :-)
Otherwise i will just ignore the easybuy option and get a normal mortgage.
