I purchased on of these about three or four months ago on the same offer from argos, I looked on amazon and they were about £80 at that time so it looked like a reasonable (If not a bargain) deal.

I have to say we are very happy with it so far and would recommend it, we had a vax (which was rubbish) and a dyson (Which wasn't rubbish but was worn out and too expensive to replace) the only issue is that the clip that you use to attach the handle to the machine when parked is distorted, however I am sure that is more likely down to heavy handling on oue part.

As a machine it feels as powerful as the dyson. If you need a reasonably priced vacuum go for it, however dont be sucked into thinking its really 75% off!!!!!

We have this too and I like it! It is as good as a Henry to me (my other favourite machine). I do not rate Vax at all - worst vacuum we ever had and couldn't wait to buy a new one.

We got one these rubbish on carpets ok on laminate flooring.
Also the wand keeps falling out of it's holder, so turn the handle round 180º
