Haven't done mine yet but love reading through the other suggestions for ideas.
I'm thinking frittata one night to use up some veggies which can be roasted, peppers, courgette and tomatoes.
Salmon from the freezer one night and I might get OH to make a spaghetti bolognese as he hasn't had one for a while.

Ours looks similar to Pee's -

Mon - roast chicken, all the trimmings
Tues - risotto, using the stock and left overs
    Weds - baked tortilla
Thurs - chickpea and aubergine curry
    Fri - salmon salad
Sat - pizza and chips, chocolate and wine!
Sun - something from the yellow-sticker section that I bought and froze earlier.

Have just this evening planned a new four week menu.

Week 2 is Monday - meatloaf, Tuesday - meatloaf pasta bake, Wednesday - fried egg noodles, Thursday - dahl and rice, Friday - fish in some kind of sauce.

Week 3 is Monday - chilli and rice, Tuesday - chilli and jackets, Wednesday - macaroni cheese, Thursday - chickpea casserole, Friday - kedgeree.

Week 4 is Monday - Heaven and earth (bacon, potatoes and apples, roasted together), Tuesday - sausage casserole or toad in hole, Wednesday - egg and chips, Thursday - spinach and peanut stew, Friday - salmon or tuna pasta bake.

Saturday is always the same. Sunday is variable. Lunches are either bought (DD and DS) or leftovers for the adults. Dessert may be fruit or a home made cake/biscuit. Breakfast is usually muesli.

    Hope this helps someone.
