Just remind me please ...

About 15 months ago I had a smallish debt with credit card (£500 ish) and via the DCA we agreed a plan and I have stuck with that - on time every time. I sort of ignored it from them as it was being paid by Standing Order and other far far more important matters pushed this way out the window.
Bit settled now and I have realised that I have had no statement for at least 12 months. The plan must be nearing £zero and so I wrote and asked for a statement - nothing ! Wrote again - nothing! Both those sent normal mail. 3rd ask now gone recorded delivery. If still nothing what is the accepted next action.

Thanks
