between paydays - or should I say, debt-busting days!
I really wish there was something I could do in between to chip at the debts other than endlessly playing with the numbers in my spreadsheet! Does anyone else get itchy fingers like this?

Yes, I joined some of the survey companies to keep me occupied and to get some vouchers etc over a period of time which I then use to buy treats. I find it even more difficult when the cash is low at the end of a 5 week month, but usually survive eventually. If you've nothing decent to say, perhaps you shouldn't say anything.

If I'm looking to bring in a little extra between pay days I have another look at what I can flog on ebay.Parents - £4000/£0 paid
OH parents - £9000/£0 paid
Mortgage - £125,000/£0 overpayments0 -
Yip, feel EXACTLY like that. Thankfully my little 'part time evening earner' helps with that... although at the mo i'm saving to get away on holiday in 6 wks time so not as much debt will be paid off! Oh well... one must enjoy themselves after slogging away between 60-70hrs per wk! Roll on 28th July = pay day

You could join the Payment a Day thread. There are loads of people there who make big payments on payday and then little ones every day - £1, 20p, 1p. Helps to feel like you're doing something towards bringing your DFD closer.Total Debt Sept 2010 - £24,132.38 / Current - £0.00/ 100% paid

Yeah I know what you mean!! I have a second job between paydays which pays weekly, which is nice but easier to spend knowing you have another payday to catch you next week... I really should put my whole wages into my credit card... hmmm.... joys!!! xxxLife is too short not to love what you do.0
