Cancelling Vision Express - Contact Lenses

Hi there,

For a few years I have currently been using Vision Express for my monthly contact lenses costing £16.95 a month.

I'm looking into cancelling this scheme as buying contact lenses on the net is a lot cheaper and my workplace pays for any eye test/care.

I was just wondering if anybody had any experience in cancelling with Vision Express. I'm going to write a letter to my local shop and perhaps cancel the direct debit. I'm just wondering if I need to give them a months notice?
