1. All information detailing how to enter this competition forms part of these terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. Submission of an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions. [Beach Tomato] may at its sole discretion vary the rules of the competition.
2. Entries to be submitted via Facebook (via Best Response Social) only. All mandatory boxes must be completed. We regret that we are unable to accept postal entries.
3. Competition start date: 12th July 2011. All entries must be received by the advertised closing time and date: 9th August 2011 09:00. Late, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries will not be accepted.
4. Only one entry per person.
6. No cash alternative is available; prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
7. The winner will be chosen at random and will be notified within seven days of the closing date of the competition.

9. The prize must be claimed by the winner within two weeks of notification.
10. The winner will be responsible for their travel insurance, transport to and from the London airport, personal expenditure, including all meals and other incidental costs.
11. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure they have a valid passport with minimum 6 month validity beyond the return date, with at least 2 unstamped pages and a valid visa to enter Hawaii.
12. The competition prize must be booked within 15 months of redemption and bookings must be made 3 months prior to departure. Once booked flights cannot be refunded or amended.
13. Travelling times exclude Easter, summer (1 July to 31 August 2011), bank holiday periods, Christmas and New Year’s.
14. At least one of the travelling party must be 18 years of age or older. If the winner is under 18 years of age you must be accompanied by at least one adult aged 18 years of age or older. Guests below the age of 16 must provide written parental consent to travel unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Terms and Conditions of the carriers apply.
