Wasnt sure where to post this so feel free to move! I bought my kids one of these each for Christmas and I can't get either of them to work. Can anyone tell me if I am missing something? Do I need to do anything to get them to work??

Try pulling the little bit of plastic out from the battery at the bottom0

what network are you on? it says it isnt compatible with three but i find if my phone is near it with bottom point towardsit, it works. also when i use my digital cordless landline near it, it

pulled the plastic bit out (only there on one of them). I am on vodaphone, they just don't do anything.....0
