i'm sure its been mentioned before because its been going for 2 years or so but the clearance bargains warehouse in corby/walsall has some pretty decent electrical gear for fairly cheap 
, lots of portable cd players for £10+, dvd players, small mp3 players, flat panel tv's etc was in there earlier on today and i thought it was pretty good i was only after a new mp3 player or cd player though lol
there was alot of toys and housing stuff too but i only checked the electrical things out
