Of cause the other problem is that the contract had not been formed at the point of you getting the piece of paper signed. Depending on the terms in the contract you formed any pre discussions may not be considered part of the contract itself as it is superseded by the contract itself. The most common examples of these are websites which state that the contract isnt formed until the goods are shipped which gives the company a chance to correct pricing errors which may have been made.

At most I think the courts would probably give you the option of breaking the contract without further financial loss (if you cant do this already) but then you would still have the vouchers in other peoples names.
