Avon - Saturated Market?

Firstly, all you Avon ladies on here, please don't hate me!
I was considering starting Avon after my baby is born, but it's looking like a lot of hassle.
I also thought maybe we have too many Avon reps now. The only reason i say this is that i know two reps, so does my nanna and so does one of my mates. If we all know at least two Avon reps then surely that's a lot of competition, and a lot harder to get customers and earn some money.
