A bonkers idea!

I think I may be going crazy but I had this brainwave (if you can call it that) to create a treehouse hotel. Yes, I know...crazy idea! But when I researched it, the concept exists. What suprised me was how crap their attempts were and it got me thinkng about creating a high class resort in a UK forrest that was a bit more than a wooden shack. I just wanted to know what you guys think and whether I really have lost the plot. Thanks

If you can find suitable forest or part of a forest,I think your first problem will be getting planning permission.If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0

What about maybe approaching a company call Go-Ape who done adventure courses in forests, they already own the land and could be a business opportunity for them as well...If the world is a stage... I want better lighting!0

this is an amazing idea.....but you will need a bucket load of cash to throw at this project if your actually serious at taking it on.
Imagine trying to get PLI for that

it would also take you years to find a suitable area surely? the ground would have to assessed daily/weekly. Are there even H&S guidelines for such an imaginative project?!?
