Firstly i have checked the forum and googled, and also emailed bank of ireland but got no reply:mad:
I need to clean up my credit file....i got the £2 report, forget which one, and i still have a default for Royal bank of ireland...think that was a credit card, but had a different name...also something called Ikano...from googleing i think that will be my old new look account, also santander, but i have written to them, but had no reply....soooo
RBI....anyone have an addy for the correct dept i need to write to????
I went to Barclays today as i needed to open a second account, and the lady says a CCJ is coming up....i never had any CCJs??????? wierd!!!

CCJ's and bankruptcies both appear in the court record sections on your credit files, so perhaps the bank systems are just picking up the BR?Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Thankyou....the woman at the bank was adament the BR didnt come up but i could see the screen and could make out CCJ, personally i dont mind not having the account she wanted to open for me, quite happy with the basic one, but will try and get my file cleaned up now...i wasnt to bothered but may as well get it done with:D0
