CCA Time limit help

Hi Guys,
Im looking for some of your wisdom if possible, I sent a CCA request by recorded delivery with £1 fee on 23rd June - It was signed for on 24th June - I have since received a letter acknowledging it and letting me know they are ' trying to fine one' - how long have they got to provide it? and what letter should i be sending next?? The DCA is Equidebt and they are a royal pain! - any guidance would be appreciated

but once found they can persue fully as normalDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
