Credit report status

Hi everyone.
Just a quick query regarding my Equifax report. I was given a DRO in 2009 and was just wondering what status the qualifying debts should have on the credit reports? They are currently still showing as defaulted- is this correct?
Also, what date should show as the defaulted date? I assumed it should be the date of the DRO but this doesn't seem to be the case- one in particular is showing as 6 months after that and is therefore going to be on my report longer.
Any advice much appreciated.

Yep. Defaulted is correct.
The recorded default date should be NO LATER than the DRO start date. So the one showing it as 6 months later needs to be corrected.
Every debt should also be marked as satisfied/settled or partially satisfied/settled.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

The same principles that apply in this link also apply to DROs

And the letter could be amended to something like the one in this thread:
