Hello
I am looking for a bit of advice please.
My oh has an ongoing saga regarding a cc debt with Lloyds TSB. Since Feb we have CCA'd Lloyds twice and Credit Security twice, with no reply from either of them, but we are £4 and four lots of rec del down. The debt has now gone to Moorcroft. They have had the stop phoning letter and two letters from us infomring them that are in dispute with this accoutn and awaiting the CCA. I have NOT cca'd moorcroft. We got a threatening letter from Midas last week and I replied ot them with the stop harrasment letter. The day after we got another letter from Moorcroft demanging £1 for the CCA. WE have NOT asked Moorcroft for a CCA, Iam still in disptue with Lloyds over this.
Any advice will be gratefully received
Thanks

If the original debt is with Lloyds and you've requested a CCA from them, I think my response to Moorcroft would be something along the lines of telling them the debt is currently in dispute, as you are still awaiting receipt of a CCA that you have already requested (and paid for) from Lloyds. I would then request that they return the debt to the original creditor (lloyds).MSE mum of DS(7), and DS(4) (and 2 adult DCs as well!)DFW Long haul supporters No 210:snow_grin Christmas 2013 is coming soon!!! :xmastree:0
