Hi ,
If you PM me your email address I will send you the latest Which Car Seat Report . I can tell you though that this seat http://www.mothercare.com/gp/product/B000ILIP94/sr=1-1/qid=1167230848/ref=sr_1_1/026-5971736-7321213?ie=UTF8&m=A2LBKNDJ2KZUGQ&n=44452031&mcb=core
is the Maxi-Cosi SPS in Mothercare disguise and is a really good car seat . If you take the covers off of it it says Maxi-Cosi under it . What car have you got as well as not all seats fit in all cars .Baby Thomas born 3 months early by emergency section on 21/1/09 weighing 1lb 15ozs .
Thomas came home after 3 months and 2 days in hospital weighing 5lb 15ozs
Thomas weighed 21lb 4ozs on his 1st birthday , a total weight gain of 18lbs 5ozs !

If your car has isofix mountings i'd certainly recommend going for one of these seats. It's a little more pricey but very easy to fix/remove and you don't have to worry about not having fixed the seat securely to your car.
I paid around £150 for the Britax Duo Isofix about 2 yrs ago but there probably a bit cheaper now.Moneysaving is costing me a fortune!0 -
hi natalie , i have sent you a pm, thanks for this, i'm going to go in to mothercare tommorrow to have a look so i will look at that seat, my budget is anything up to about £150 but would like 1 for arounf £100 if poss, although i dont mind paying more as long as I get a good deal or some money off - lol i love a bargin!Grocery Challenge Feb 14 £500 / Spent £572.10!

Hi ,
£140 the Britax Duo Isofix @ Kiddicare.com , http://www.kiddicare.com/invt/carbriduoisfmarbl?No=0&N=371 but you do need to check wether it fits your car as even though it may have Isofix points not all Isofix seats fit Isofix points , you may need tether kits etc .
If you decide to go for a non-isofix seat then the Mamas & Papas Pro-Tec and the Maxi-Cosi Priori XP are the safest seats on the market .

Theres a superb specialist child car seat shop at Stacey Bushey near Milton Keynes called 'In-Car Safety Centre' (01908 220909). It only sells child car seats and so will advise and fit the seat according to your car and requirements.0
