    Hi Liz :) This happened to me, I found I had to re-register. I'm not sure if it's a different part of Paramount but when I registered again it worked fine & still continues to xx hth xx

    Thanks Jokey, just re-registered with exact same info & it let me, really weird as Roboform identified it as the usual Paramount website so no idea why that happened
