Next Returns to store - sale items

I was wondering if anyone could help as I'm still new to all this money saving stuff!
I purchased quite a lot using the Next online sale code and want to return quite a lot of it. I notice on the back of the returns label it says the items needs to be returned within 10 days from the date of dispatch.
I received the items last Friday and the date of order on the delivery note says 21st Dec. I am looking to return the items in one of their stores but as the sales are on, they will not take items back for a few days taking me over the 10 days.
Can anybody advise what I can do as I obviously can't keep everything and i'm now worried I won't be able to return them!
Thanks in advance for any help!

hi, i wouldn't worry too much as i've returned stuff lots of times before a few days over, just wait till they are accepting returns and explain that your over the 10 days but it's technically their fault as they wouldn't accept returns, i'm sure it will be fine.Grocery Challenge Feb 14 £500 / Spent £572.10!

Lisa, my local Next shop had a notice up saying they will take returns from Thursday 27th. If that's the case all over, you'll be well within your ten days.

The stores arent doing returns till Friday and you will be fine, to be honest the staff (me being one of them !) dont even check the dates on Directory things and also they extend the returns policy, like the stores do so you can return things bought from Novemeber sometime till the end of Jan. Hope that helps !0

i didnt even realised things have to be returned within the 10 days, i just assumed it was always 28 days like in store, i have always therefore been over the ten days and have never had any problemsIf you want the rainbow you have to go through the rain.
