Quick & easy jerk pork/chicken
I had some pork chops yesterday which I coated (fairly heavily) in Asda Jerk seasoning & put on a hot Georgie. Let it cook a while, then squirted some Reggae Reggae jerk sauce & smeared it around with the back of a spoon, then turned them & did the same on the reverse. Served it with salad (everything in it kind of salad) & rice.
It was lovely:D
So if you fancy a quick & easy spicy dish, try it:D

I agree that jerk seasoning definitely cheers up cheaper cuts of chicken & meat. I do a similar thing where I marintate butterflied chicken breasts in a mixture of jerk seasoning, juice of half a lemon, a clove of crushed garlic & a tspn olive oil, then grill. It's lovely, we eat it a lot.2026's challenges: 1) To rebuild our Emergency Fund to at least £5k.
2) To read 50 books (12/50) 3) The Re-Shrinking of Foxgloves 8.1kg/30kg
Remember....if you have to put it on a credit card, extend your overdraft or take out a loan to buy whatever it is, you probably can't afford it, as that's not your money, it's somebody else's!0
