I have previously posted about a barking dog in the park and thankfully it has settled down. Just wondering if the council can do anything about music playing loudly from someone's house/car. Not sure where it's coming from but at least 3 or 4 houses up around the corner.

Not really 2bh. Just think that people who let their dog bark continuously and others that play music that can be heard a 10 minute walk away are the real pains in the ***. They aren't exactly giving much thought or respect to others, but then maybe thats okay and just a refelction of the type of society we live in today.

It is all a matter of extent. My Dad will give off about anything audible to him at almost any point in the day and thinks it is just considerate that people keep things peaceful. Is it reasonable? Not a chance!! Can the OP do anything? Well if you are like my Dad, you will just come across as absoluteutopia has suggested. If the reality is that they do it often and late at night (i.e. 10/11/later) then you might have a point and the council can investigate it.
