Printing Digital Photos

Hi there

I got a digital camera from lovely Santa Baby, a Canon Powershot A430 but know nothing about printing out photos.

I have a Lexmark P707 photo jet printer but the cartridges are very expensive.

I don't think I will do a lot an awful lot of printing so my questions are:-

Should I use my own P707 printer and buy a photo cartridge, I think it's a no 90.

Buy one of the photo printers that link straight to the camera

or go to Tesco/Boots with the memory card and print them out ?

Any advice welcomed

We use an Epson Stylus Photo RX425, and buy the refilled cartridges from ebay...they work out about £40 for 10 of each colour, and our pictures always turn out perfect.Think the printer was under £100 and it scans etc.

    Hope this helps.

asda do something like 50 prints for £5 it will be hard to beat that printing from home when you factor in paper / ink etc costs
If it doesnt pay rent sell it.
