My two arrived today, brother's birthday card was perfect - no issues, but the thank you card came in one of those post office clear bags saying sorry about the state of you mail, huge chunk ripped out of it so my card is missing a large chunk, almost half of it Wouldn't be so bad but I actually paid for that one.

That'll be Royal Mail's fault Savvy. I should get onto FP and let them know - they may send you a new one.

What I don't understand is how it is possible a large chunk to be missing (it left the envelope in an L shape)

I will send them a photo and see what they say, it's the second time something has happened like this with fp oddly enough.

hi if you send them a message explaining what happened they might send you a replacment,i had the same happen to my card and within 2 days i had a replacment so worth trying. hths

Card arrived yesterday - but it's the wrong card!!

Checked my e-mails gain, it's deffo the right card in the order confirmation e-mail, so they've got confused somewhere - have e-mailed them but no response yet. Not impressed...

I did mention that in here. You can have it delivered at a later date but still qualify for it to be free with the code. Another code will come along soon, funkypigeon codes always do!!

17 cards arrived here for me to hand out for birthdays/few friends due their babies/weddings and 4 teacher cards). And my dad showed up yesterday afternoon thanking me for his early birthday card which I had sent to him direct haha!! His birthday isn't until the 22nd! All perfect, all correct cards. Thanks FP!
