I seem to remember quite a while back there was a thread about replicating fast food recipes (like KFC chicken) but I can't find it anywhere. Can anyone please help?

Yes, most of them you would have to pay for, but once a week they have a free one, and if you go through the 'menu' there are a few free one in amoungst them.
