Valued Opinions and Tesco Vouchers

Just wondering, when you redeem your points on the survey site Valued Opinions for Tesco vouchers, are they the same sort of vouchers that you normally get from Tesco for Clubcard points?
In other words, redeem a Valued Opinion Tesco voucher on one of the Tesco 'deals' and they effectively become 3 times the value (eg. £10 Tesco voucher becomes £30 approx buying a holiday etc)? Or are they just worth £10 and aren't included for use with Tesco 'deals'?
