Hi was wondering can anyone recommend a good driving instructor in the Glenavy area. I booked 5 lessons with excel driving school for my son and he spent them driving round in circles in a carpark, i know they were cheap but expected more than this. Thanks

Our daughter learnt to with Drive time (Lurgan area) Mark ? cant remember surname. He gives the first lesson free if I remember right to make sure both parties are happy with each other etc. She was only turned 17 took lessons once or twice a week - did her test after 3/4 months - passed first time. She is out so I cant ask her for the telephone number - but it is in phone book I would think. HTH:j

Revoloution Driving School is on Facebook and they are based in Lisburn, but do lessons in Belfast, so would expect they would travel to Glenavy too! The instructor is called Dan and is very good, I just don't have his number at the minute cos I am off work today!
DJWW - cos we won't let it!

I'm just about to sit my test in Lisburn and the instructor I have used is a guy i've known for 15 years, he is just about to go out on his own having previously worked for Red driving academy, he wasn't happy with them and he definately teaches driving skills for life rather than how to pass your test.

His name is Neal McVeigh and his number is 07787735350.

He's got an excellent pass rate and if anyone can teach you to drive, its him.

My sister is very nervous and even she is thinking about having lessons with him.

I'm not affiliated with him in any way, just saw this post and as i'm about to sit my test next week and its all fresh in my mind, then I thought i'd register and post (stop lurking lol)

let me know if you are going to call him and i'll message you my name, it may well get you a good discounted rate for the first few lessons
