Placed a number of high value orders over last five days....Boots, HMV etc.
I Know how Quidco works (cookies) - always clear cache etc. etc. and check cookies are there.
However none are showing as tracked whereas in the past all come up after a few hours.
Quidco must be working as Kelkoo visit tracked every day.
Anyone else in same boat ?

My M&S order yesterday and my Next order from last week have yet to track conversely my La Senza order from last night tracked immediately.
I am wondering how long to give them before making an enquiry0 -
non of my kelkoo visits seem to track anymore but the other sites seem to work fine...0

Can't say that I've ever had a Quidco transaction actually track - and that's after following all their instructions including installing a new browser (Firefox - I've always been a Netscape man!). I've given up now cos it just seems a bit too dubious to me!0

And I have never had a problem with Quidco.
I am several hundred pounds up in a couple of years with them.
They seem anything but dubious to me.0 -
I have never had a problem either - maybe its just lagging a bit you could contact quidco and point your problem out.Aint got a signature - as I cant think of anything world wisely to say.0

That's just it - I have NEVER had a problem with them ever. Absolutely everything has tracked.
But from 21 December onwards any retailer I used does not show up in the earnings.....including those that appear almost instantly in the past.
The retailers are HMV, Boots, WHSmith, Waterstones and Haburi (new one).
Separate visits to Kelkoo have tracked so Quidco is working for me for that but not for the retailers.
Of course I can raise queries but it is just annoying that I am going to have to do it for five of them when never had a problem before.0 -

 Seriously, how many transactions are we talking about here?
PS Almost £1300 since April for me. My ONLY problems came when I first joined, didn't clear cookies etc etc and had a few things not track (most sorted by Quidco). I now use a separate browser for my Quidco stuff (firefox) and not had a problem (and this includes notorious non-trackers like LloydsTSB and Barclays). Not a dubious company at all IME...0 -
OK just checked my Quidco account and a transaction I made the other day has appeared as "Declined". Two others I made in late November/early December have never appeared. I've just made another transaction after clearing all cache/cookies, restarting browser etc etc. If this fails then my opinion will be sealed - but I ain't gonna type it cos it's probably libelous!0

I'm not a big Quidco user but I'm about to make a major purchase (insurance) and using Quidco gets me the best deal.
I'm confused by this postIs something happening to Quidco? Opinions please
Do you think there's real danger that my cashback wouldn't come through?

always tracked fine with me, i average a measley £20 per month, but every bit helps. Am a bit worried though, did the prudential car insurance thing on dec 22, still not tracked, but quidco wont even let me submit an earnings enquiry until jan 3rd. maybe they were busy over the xmas period, but i deffo know that stuff like insurance tends to track more slowly, could it be down to the insurance guys waiting for the 14 day cool off period, or something to that effect.
Ill keep checking whether my £100 insurance thing has tracked. And as always keep you informed.
Its definitely a legit site though.
:cool:One by one the penguins steal my sanity.0
