I placed an order on line last week and not even had an acknowledgement via e mail thanking me for my order etc etc.
I ordered a book holder which was just what I was looking for and can't find the same one on any other web site.

Has the money for the book holder left your credit card account (or Paypal account)?

Also, did you need to create an account to place the order, if so, have you checked your order status on their site?
