Hi,
I'm looking to immigrate to Canada but have concerns about my state pension in the UK.
I have contributed for 35 years and now in mid 50s.
Am I still entitled to the pension if I do immigrate?
If not, is there anyway to atill benefit for my contributions.
Thanks,

You are still entitled to it, but it does not get uprated (not even in line with inflation) after it comes into payment.0

Thanks for a quick response.
How would I access the pension after immigrating to Canada?
Can I still pay my national insurance to top-up my pension to the maximum?0 -
