There is also an offer on the celebrity slim website for 14 free shakes:

To celebrate Wimbledon Celebrity Slim are giving away 14 FREE Celebrity Slim strawberry shakes with every purchase of any 7 day shake pack. Simple enter the following promotional code at checkout: WIMB0611

Offer expires 15th July 2011, while stocks last. One free pack per order.

Obviously not as good as the £5 / £10 offer but I came across it when googling the product.

i suspect the mens pack has a higher calorie content, so if you're a woman and quite overweight you should still be able to lose weight using the mens as your body uses more calories to carry around all the extra weight in the first place... in the long term of course you would likely need to lower the count a bit further though.

i've found super low calorie diets don't work for me but if i reduce my calories to 1800 or so i lose weight (gotta exercise too though or nothing shifts on me :() so i suppose it's a matter of how much you have to lose, i suppose one could start on the mens then shift to the females later

You mix it with water, not milk. They are quite tasty and definitely worth a try at this price. :)

    http://www.rowlandspharmacy.co.uk/department/celebrityslimmealreplacementmens/index.cfm?event=shop.shopfront.product.index&productId=1200

and according to a friend who has done this diet "mix with 200-250ml of water,"

    thanks op
  • Collected mine is store and was advised they are reduced as they are discontinuing the men's line. They are higher in calories but you could just less of the powder. They also had the starter kits still in stock in store for £7.50.
