    Misstasty ....we have no knowledge of this debt or the company but from what we can gather from searches it isnt military related car fianance. My partner was in the military but it was 15 years earlier than the start date of this loan.


    Scotty...I was also puzzled as to how the 'original' loan was in Euro in 1997, I assumed it was converted from Mark to Euro before being changed to £. But surely they should have said that?

    So...are we best to by- pass the 'prove it' route and go direct to sending a cease/desist letter?
    If this is the way to move forward is there a template or guidance on how to word it etc.
