Simplygames has been under new ownership since october this year as the last owners went bust.

All the complaints have come from before october and i have had only good service from them

The fact that it says it's "in despatch" already is slightly suspect though!
Used simplygames a few years ago and they were ok.
Well, we'll wait and see... paid on my credit card anyway.

Sorry but we had a small incident about another website that was "Great" posted by a newbie that turned out to be really bad

Have to say I've had problems with Simply Games too in the past - slow delivery, items not being despatched etc. Last time I tried to buy a bargain their checkout page wasn't encrypted (SSL) so I stayed away and haven't used the site since!
