Hi,
I'm posting this on behalf of my OH .Not sure if im posting in the right place but will give it a go.He's been looking to change job but not sure what kind of wage drop we are looking at? Has anybody got any idea what a PRODUCE MANAGER earns with one of the big supermarkets;) .He has got on to managers training program,but they have warn him if he wants to go further quicker he will have less wages than what he is on now!

If you do a search for jobs, they seem to be in the bracket of £15k-£22k depending on company, experience etc.0
