Clinique do this regularly, they call it "Bonus Time". If you look at the "special events" section on their website, it tells you which stores are running the promotion.
I need some Clinique stuff, but have found it's cheaper to buy it at the airport & I'm going on holiday next week.
Just thought I'd mention that all Bonus Time freebie products are trial size - don't want anyone getting disappointed!
