Hi I wonder if anyone can help re right of offset?
My OH and I are just in the process of starting a joint DMP. I have a bank account with Nat West which is in my name only. He has a Mint credit card. Could Mint take money out of my Nat West account?

If banks are in the same group, then it depends on the terms of their licence; if they share a licence they can, if they have two different licences, no.
For safety's sake get a new bank account.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0
