I want to try Clinique's 3 step programme, I've tried a sample and though it was pretty good so want to buy the full size products. Does anyone know where's the cheapest place to buy?
Thanks

I love Clinique and have used it for years. I always buy the prducts I need when they have bonus time in the stores when you buy 2 items you get a selection of free products which I love to get. If you buy in boots you can also use your advantage card to gain points or to buy the items.
If you join the clinique club on the clinique web site you can see which stores are going to have a bonus time next and the dates.
If you go to the US or Canada clinique is a bit cheaper and there bonus time works differently you don't need to buy 2 items just spend a certain amount and so if I ever am abroad i look out for bonus time and buy one more expensive item (for instance moisturiser) rather than cheaper ones.
You can buy clinique discounted a little now in some superdrugs now. So that is another option. Other wise you can buy gift bags for the three step which saves you a little but is a lot to lay out. Personally I'd wait for bonus time preferably boots.
All the best. Enjoy your Clinique.:j Trytryagain FLYLADY - SAYE £700 each month Premium Bonds £713 Mortgage Was £100,000@20/6/08 now zilch 21/4/15:beer: WTL - 52 (I'll do it 4 MUM)0 -
Try https://www.strawberrynet.com
Discounted Clinique products. They offer more and more discount as you order (loyalty bonus) and pay back import duty if you are charged.
I have ordered from them several times and can't fault the service.
Hope this helps.0 -

Wow I didn't know that I have looked at this site before but been put off in case of import tax. I used to live in Canada and loved some products I got over there that I saw on this site but didn't think it worth the hassle. Thanks! Still love Bonus times though.:j Trytryagain FLYLADY - SAYE £700 each month Premium Bonds £713 Mortgage Was £100,000@20/6/08 now zilch 21/4/15:beer: WTL - 52 (I'll do it 4 MUM)0 -
Because the products last for ages you can be quite selective about stocking up - ie do it when the best offer is around. I stocked up shortly before Christmas in Boots when they had a triple points offer on plus I had a "spend so much and get so many extra points coupon" from the in-store machine. All of which made the price very reasonable.
I've also found that if you make friends with a particular shop assistant you will get free samples every time you buy!

I too am a huge fan of Clinique three step. As others have mentioned I buy when there is a bonus time as you can often shift the freebies on Ebay and make some money back (although I think the market there is flooded with loads of people doing exactly the same thing!). I used to fund my Clinique purchases almost 100% doing this, but that was about 2-3 years ago.
Do you have any friends who live in the US as with the dollar exchange rate at the moment it is virtually half price over there. Maybe they could buy it for you and send it as a 'gift', although I think US postage is really expensive. I have got my brother in law in LA to send me stuff before and then felt really sorry for him when I saw how much the postage was.
Do you know anyone going to the US on holiday this year and can bring stuff back? Also, it is very much cheaper in Spain and the Canaries. I got a huge Clarifying Lotion (400ml) a couple of years ago for 20 euros and it is still fine. That's a lot cheaper than here.
It may be worth looking on Ebay although Clinique stuff isn't often a bargain there as so many people look.
Also, you could save up your Boots Clubcard points and spend the lot on clinique. I have about £45 on mine at the moment and plan to have a Clinique splurge soon - LOVE their make up.
Good luck and hope some of these ideas help!0 -
as above buy on bonuys time or if you are reaally lucky you can time it for a hof or debenhams 10% off day AND bonus time lol
though if you are really nice to the girls there and say you love clinique you are new to it etc they might give you some freebies. if you ask for samples they probably wont lol as they know everyone puts them on ebay!0 -
You could also go into one of the big stores Boots, John Lewis, etc and ask if they have any free samples. Can be quite good even though they are smaller then what you might normaly purchase. You'll be surprised how much they give away sometimes, depending on the assistant too.0

Thanks for all your suggestions, having looked, I've found Strawberrynet the cheapest, saving about £16 on what I want which is great!0
