This promotion is open to residents of Denmark, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden and UK residents, aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be required. Employees (or family members of employees) of any Kelkoo company ("Kelkoo"), companies associated with the Promotion and all affiliates of such companies may not enter the Promotion.
To enter this promotion, all you need to do is complete the short ‘complainers’ survey and supply your name and email address. Only one entry per person is accepted.
The promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
All entries must be received by midnight on 25th July 2011.
Entries sent in through agents or third parties will be disqualified. Late, incomplete or otherwise ineligible entries will be disqualified.
One winner will be selected at random by an independent adjudicator from all eligible entries received, on or around the closing date.
The winner will be notified by email by 5pm on Friday 5th August 2011 and will then be contacted by Kelkoo with regard to how to claim their prize.
The winner will receive an iPad 2 16GB with Wi-Fi, colour will depend on availability.
If the Promoter suspects any entrant of using false email addresses or robots to enter the competition the entrant will be disqualified.
Any action which causes disruption to Kelkoo’s web sites will lead to disqualification from the competition.
There is no cash alternative to the prize and the prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
