Facebook wins - notification?

Hi everyone
I won something on a facebook comp and didn't noticed. I search for my name most days on facebook-search.com but the post saying I'd won didn't show up on the search. Luckily I found out (four days late!) and the comp hadn't given my prize to someone else.
I'm abit paranoid now though because the facebook search doesn't seem bring up what it should.
My facebook feed is ridiculous, so it's hard to keep up with all the posts.
How do you make sure you find winning posts on facebook?
Thanks

I discovered in June I had won a Facebook comp in March , I sent an email to the person I thought was correct and got a reply within an hour informing me they had left the company, but giving me the email of the person to contact.I apologised profusely for missing the notification and got a lovely email reply and I received a substituted prize a week later.I could have just given up, but thought there was nothing to lose by asking nicely...and it worked.0

There's a FB page called Winners Circle that posts up competition wins and people's names. I've had a few posts on there giving my name as a winner that I would have missed otherwise. Check it out, it's a great way of hopefully never missing a win again :-)Best wins: £10k Kitchen, weddingmoon in St Lucia, £3000 cash, 3 x iPads, £1000 cash x 3, tickets for my niece to meet Justin Bieber, Thailand holiday, Milan holiday, Mulberry iPad cover, Mulberry clutch bag, £2500 Peter Werth clothing, Dubai holiday, Center Parcs holiday0

I have been tagged by the winners circle too, its a fab resource to share wins you spot aswell.

The only other thing is for Facebook competitions you really want to monitor, is to drag them into a folder on your desktop and check them every so often. (I do this sometimes)Wishing you all good luck!

If you go to www.facebook-search.com and search for your name in speech marks e.g. "Jane Smith" and then add something like winner or congratulations or something you can sometime find them but, as I've discovered, it's not 100% reliable.0
